If any of our staff feel ill or have symptoms of C0VlD-19, they will self-isolate immediately and not come into the clinic. This may mean that we have to cancel your appointment on short notice. We appreciate that this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled you will be re-booked at your earliest convenience. If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please advise us as soon as possible and DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. You will be turned away if you show signs of being unwell. (Even if you are convinced it is a common cold PLEASE DO NOT VISIT – some of our team live with vulnerable family members and it is important we keep them safe). We have amended our booking terms and conditions and you will not be charged for any appointments which you miss due to illness/ other.
Visiting the Clinic:
For your safety and to maintain social distancing, we ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not arrive early for appointments as this may mean that you come into contact with other clients who are just leaving. Please attend your appointment alone in order to reduce human contact for our staff. Unfortunately, friends and family members cannot enter the premises. If you have booked appointments with friends/family members back to back then please continue to come to the clinic alone – one at a time. We understand that you may be from the same household but this is in order to protect our staff and others in the clinic. We have increased the frequency of cleaning in the clinic including making sure that common surfaces, toilets door handles etc. are wiped clean using disinfectant products between each client. All tools and equipment will be disinfected or sterilized in line with the specific manufacturers’ instructions for your safety. Wherever possible we will utilize environmentally, friendly, single use items during a treatment that will be disposed of safely after use in order to protect you from cross infection. You will have access to hand sanitizer when you come into the clinic. We request that you wear a face covering when you enter the clinic. You may be asked to remove your mask in the treatment rooms, but will be asked to put the mask back on in the common areas. Please don’t be surprised or upset. We can confirm that the laundering of clinic towels and uniforms is a priority and we can assure you that all clinic laundry is washed with disinfectant at high temperatures after each use.
